These pieces of equipment are used to improve a person’s stability. Good stability has a number of benefits of which one is that it decreases the risk of falls. However, the elder are not the only people that can benefit from balance training. You might remember having to balance on one foot in PE during elementary school. This was key in helping kids maintain balance and stability and also to help kids get over youth clumsiness.
